MOTION CM Ford to excuse CM Oladele. Seconded by CM Watson.
MOTION CM Watson to support the Vacation Petition as to the remaining portion of the abandoned roadway on the Pointe at Cheverly property as it serves no public purpose and to support the Departure from Design Standards (DDS-579) to further advance the development of the site. Seconded by CM Ford.
